8/25/25 Nature Trail Clean Up
Some folks may be unaware of our very own Nature Trail. This is a natural trail, NOT a paved one so walk at your own risk – some of the ground is uneven. Please note: “fitness stations are yet to be constructed”
The CL Garden & Lake committee needs a few volunteers to help with Nature Trail maintenance. Bring loppers, pruners, gloves, etc. to trim back a few bushes that are trying to reclaim our beloved Nature Trail. Saturday August 30, 8:30 AM – meet at the front mail box. The trail starts across the street at the right side of the fish pond. -Wes

The work of the Garden & Landscape Committee will continue on the Nature Trail during the Fall. Trees and brush being cut back and general cleanup are the focus. There are a couple of evergreens that need to be transplanted sometime this Fall. Watering of the flowers at the Front Gate, the Office and the Lodge continues. If you haven’t signed up for one of these areas, there is information posted on Nextdoor. Helping our Community look its best through the seasons is our priority and we need your help. Besides, it’s fun and satisfying to stand back to see what has been accomplished! Our next meeting is September 17 at 6pm at the Community Center. All are invited and welcome! - G&L
