8/24/25 Compactor Update
The compactor bin arrived sooner than expected! Maintenance and Chris got the compactor up and running for us to begin using tomorrow 8/25/25. We are awaiting a code pad to be placed on the unit so in the meantime open the door, place your household trash inside and shut the door. The compactor will start after the door is opened and closed 3 times * Yay energy efficiency!
8/23/25 Upcoming Road Work and Waste Disposal Reminders
Sarver Paving has been approved to complete road repairs and maintenance before winter. Project dates and specific road names will be announced soon.
A new compactor bin is expected to arrive next week. Until then, please use the open-top dumpsters in the office parking lot for household trash.
Once repaired, the CLA dump trailer will be placed at the rear entrance of the maintenance yard on Minosa Drive. It is for compostable materials only (grass, leaves, garden debris, compostable bags). Please do not dispose of plastic, sticks, metal, or trash.
8/21/25 It’s great to see the team effort put toward the compactor project, really pay off! We are so close! We hope to have the new compactor up and running next week.
8/20/25 Huge shout out to the maintenance crew and Chris (Vice President) on their efforts with the compactor project! The maintenance crew did the prep work for the concrete pad and Chris is doing the electrical.
8/20/25 At the August board meeting we accepted a bid for the necessary road repairs. The following cul-de-sacs will be re-developed: Cayenne, Madrona & Kinata. We will soon release a more detailed list of the roads that are being repaired and an anticipated start date.
