| Cinnamon Lake is open to property owners and their guests. The community is governed and managed by a property owner's association commonly referred to as The Association or C.L.A. It is responsible for maintenance of roads and all amenities. The association also enforces regulations and restrictions to govern the use and enjoyment of all properties at Cinnamon Lake. |
| The recreational facilities include a sand beach, swimming pool, basketball court, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, softball field, and a well equipped playground. |
| The Cinnamon Lake Lodge has 4,500 square feet with a TV viewing lounge area, meeting room, game room, and a concession stand. Showers and Restrooms are available. The Lodge is also available to members for rent. |
| Three picnic areas with pavilions and shelters are available free to members on a first come first serve basis. Pavilions can also be reserved for a small fee. |
| 883 acres encompass
the Cinnamon Lake private development as well as 350 acres of common areas which include the lake and recreation areas. We have 17 miles of all weather roads. Currently over 500 homes constructed. |
| The on-site campgrounds are Class A, private campgrounds, open 4/15 - 10/15. Available features include: electric and water hook-ups, sewer, heated restrooms with showers. Boat and camper storage facilities are available to all C.L.A members. |
| A 135-acre lake provides a
beautiful setting for boating, fishing, swimming, picnicing or just relaxing. The lake is stocked with various sports fish. The lake is restricted to non-gas engines up to 5hp. |
